The training model
Two kinds of group training already existed. REVL was built for the room between them.

The difference
Circuit gyms optimised for variety. CrossFit optimised for load. Nobody was building the middle, which is where most people actually want to train.
A different workout every day. Great energy. No arc to measure yourself against.

A 13 week block, coached, in a group. Progress you can actually see.
Real load, properly progressed, behind a high technical entry point.
Where are you coming from?
One tap. The rest of the page adjusts to you.

A step up from a generic HIIT class, yet less complex than a CrossFit-level routine.
REVL, on its own positioning

The 13 week block
Thirteen weeks, written in advance, with load moving deliberately across it. Four blocks a year. That is the product, and it is the thing a member can measure themselves against.
On the floor
Every session is 50 minutes and a coach demonstrates every part of it.

Maximum strength. Deadlift, squat, bench, and the load moves across the block.

Hybrid total body on the other side of the same room. Usable strength and erg work.

Conditioning. Sprint, Engine, and Team, where you are in a group of four.
Monday morning. Which side of the room?
Both are running at once.
One session, three lanes
Every line on a real REVL board carries three numbers. The member picks a lane and the coach points at the right one.
Teams of 4 · 45:00 cap
Tap a level to light the numbers that member works to.

Photographed on a studio wall. Nothing beside it is invented.

This is what full looks like.
A Saturday Sweat Team session. Forty five people, one board, one clock.
Why own one
A proven model that drives exceptional member retention, sustained studio revenue growth and strengthened brand longevity.
REVL Franchise Information Pack, 2026Progress is a reason to renew that is not novelty. A member who can see week one against week thirteen is not deciding about entertainment.
A category of one competes on outcome. The fourth circuit gym on a strip competes on discount.
The programming is written centrally, so your product does not walk out of the door with a coach.

The people already doing it
Three of the studio owners in the network. One of them was a personal trainer four years ago.

Went from personal training to owning her own studio. In her words, it has grown 170 per cent in three years.

Would you run the floor, or own it?
No wrong answer, and it changes who calls you.
Two ways to go further
Half an hour of your questions, or a session on a real floor.
